Big League Dreams
Riverside
11-Under:
The OC Bandits and Mid Valley Warriors Elite both headed
into Sunday with a 2-0 record. They had
both giving up only six runs, and their run differential was only three runs apart. It’s no surprise that we saw both of them in
the championship game. The 1st and 2nd
Seeds battled with out, with the Mid Valley Warriors holding on to an 8-5 lead
to win the championship
12-Under:
The So Cal Storm had a long road ahead of them on
Sunday. After winning their Quarterfinal
game, they upset the 1st Seed from Pool A to face the 1st Seed from Pool B in
the Championship game. They had met Eaters
BBC on Saturday, and despite giving them a run for their money, came up just
short 3-2. Facing them again, they
fought hard, but were unable to wake their bats up as the Eaters barely escaped
with a 1-0 win.
