Global World Series Opening Ceremonies - July 17th, 2013

The Opening Ceremonies for the First Global World Series in Southern California couldn't have gone any better.  With 65 teams traveling from 6 different states, there were thousands of people in the park, genuinely happy to be there.

After trading pins all day, players gathered on Fenway, waiting for their team name to be called before walking through Forbes field, to a packed house of their family and friends.  A Big League Dreams employee took care of the National Anthem with her beautiful voice.  The teams were then dismissed to get their free meal, provided by Big League Dreams, before getting loose for the Skills Competition.
